    lol, montoya is a funny guy. its one thing to publish this info and back it up with sources, its another thing entirely to bring this info to the attention of the NSAC. if it was about his role as a journalist he would not be going a commission with this info. looks more like hes trying to launch a smear campaign against floyd and USADA for whatever reasons.

            The lawyers are claiming that Montoya is spreading 'false' info about Floyd failing three USADA test that were not disclosed.

            These are some big claims by Montoya. His rep (if he even has one) is on the line. If he went to the commission then he should go public.
