The next fight for former champion Lucian Bute (30-1, 24KOs) will be carefully planned, according to promoter Jean Bedard of InterBox. On Saturday in Nottingham, the Canadian star was battered over five rounds by Carl Froch (29-2, 21KOs), who captured Bute's IBF super middleweight crown.

The only way is to fight another top fighter or do a rematch and win...I mean this is basically just like going home and hiding under the covers. They have a rematch with homefield signed already
Does anyone know if there is a time limit they have to exercise the rematch, can they take a tune-up and then go ahead?
I'm a true Bute fan. There is no way he's gonna fight Class-B level in my mind ! I'd rather see him retire than see him fight ham fighters again...Hes in the Class A level now, so be it ! Take the revenge like a man and face the results !
