Does Bute even HAVE a rematch clause?

I remember reading before the fight that if it was a KO in less than 6 or if the decisions were wider than 6 rounds then no rematch.

Well Bute got blasted out in 5 so is the clause void?

Froch said something along the lines of as Bute was KOd he cant fight for the title in his next fight, and that both would probably have a fight in the mean time (although he also said he doubted Bute would want a rematch)

it was on sky sports news, but i wasnt really paying attention. it might have been ibf rules not allowing an ex-champion to fight for the title in his next fight if he got KOd, not sure
