My understanding is they're all under WADA. USADA is the US's agency for testing.

I think VADA is a privately owned testing agency, but still under WADA.

What i meant is i am not really into cereal. Yes, i have eaten them but not what you posted. The last time i ate cereal was probably a year ago.
