So on tonights 24/7 we learned that Ariza was fired by Khan and Chavez Jr. Why?

Anyone know exactly why Alex Ariza was fired from both the Khan camp and Chavez Jr.'s camp? And now he has a problematic relationship with Roach and possibly others in Pac's camp.

It's kinda ironic because the only one he was disloyal to was Pac (whom he talked to beforehand about leaving camp early in PI, and rejoining back in L.A.) and Pac didn't seem to care at all. And his reason for leaving was to go help Chavez for his upcoming fight.

I heard Khan was training in PI too with Manny for his now cancelled fight with Peterson. Was this the reason Khan fired him? You think Roach convinced him?

I don't know even know what the deal is with Chavez Jr. and firing Ariza is. What happened here?

Two fighters trained under Roach decide to fire Ariza, and possibly suggesting Pacquiao do the same (he hinted at this on 24/7). Is Roach convincing his fighters to get rid of Ariza or are they doing it themselves on behalf of Ariza's poor work rate?

    What do you think?

I think Freddie was so angry with Ariza after he made it clear he was leaving the Philippines to go train with Chavez Jr and that's when the articles were released about Khan firing him. I think Khan was convinced by Roach to take him off the team.

I don't see why Chavez Jr. would tbh, I think he probably just found someone better or didn't need Ariza anymore.

i honestly thing all of that is a mistake by roach and his fighters. i think ariza worked wonders for each of them, both chavez and khan have conditioning issues, and i may not like him, but there isnt a better conditioning coach in the world. when its all said and done, i bet they are gonna regret it.

He probably became too outspoken, particularly against Arum.

It can't be good for camp spirit when Pac and Chavez's promoter is in a war of words with their conditioning coach. It would only cause tension with Roach etc. and so Khan dismissed him too.

Had he kept his mouth shut I doubt any of this would have happened. But it's his right and plenty of work will always come his way so I don't think he's bothered.

They panicked because of the boxers caught using peds lately. Most likely.

Damage limitation due to Ariza admitting he fills his fighters with roids.

Ariza needs to STFU if he wants to work as a conditioning trainer for any boxer in the future. Nobody wants a person like this in his camp.

I think its beacause he knows every su****ios movement in the camp, he is aware and Arum wants to get rid of him. But Manny dont want to because he is one of the people who put him on the spotlight.
