nobody taught him how to speak english ... and if you know anything about the country , it's a hotbed for outsourcing by big companies due to pinoys having good english conversational skills and cheap labor... india too....not becuase pinoys love speaking it but coz it's being preached that one has a bettter chance at international opportunities if you speak english (due to english speaking counties being world powers and all that political **** really)...... pac is the least fluent english speaker you'd ever meet among pinoys.......
