Question about Scoring

Glen Johnson had a fight in 2000 against Silvio Branco. The scores were as follows...

judge: Francesco Rega 226-236 | judge: Dave Stone 221-238 | judge: Des Bloyd 222-237

I've never seen anything like that before. It's almost as if the numbers are doubled.

Does anybody have an explanation for those numbers?

20 point scoring system. It works the same as the 10. They also have 5 point systems in some places.
