Don't see how this makes Ward any more proven? Froch already proved what he was about, and Ward already beat the second best 168 (Kessler) since Calzaghe retired.

Ward is undisputed king of 168 though. Hopefully he can fight Dawson next.

Ward's fight v Froch proved how good he is - assuming he's a clean fighter.
Tonight's fight doesn't really have huge relevance unless you're triangle theorising.
