Well Im speculating but going by what Winky is saying, they never explained what they can or cant take and they wanted to after the fact. And I would think that would be part of protocol, for loopholes can not be used when trying to excuse a positive test on technicalities.

They arent suppose to take anything that will test them positive at any time anyway

Everything thats in USADA's list of banned substances is in NSAC or where ever they are fighting banned substance list. Only USADA can actually detect it all
