If I was a betting man I'd have put 100 on Froch to win by KO. For the life of me I cannot understand why people overrated Bute so much, it actually pissed me off as it showed that many boxing fans are full of ****.

Spend a lot of time crying about how fighters are overprotected and what not of view, then when we are given the Super 6 tournament, rubbish the top fighters who performed in the tournament in favor of some guy whose resume consists of journey men.

I never thought Bute deserved a fight with Ward immediately after the SS; regardless of being ranked 2nd or not.

Bute don't need anymore of that ... styles make fights and Bute's style isn't right to handle Froch's power punches from the angles they come in at.

I honestly thought Bute would give a good account, but he honestly got blasted from the opening bell.

Truth on the bold. Wouldn't be surprised if Bute performs better against Ward.

But I don't care to think about that at the moment. Froch gave a great performance for all of us boxing fans to enjoy.

Bute would not perform better against Andre Ward.

Open your eyes, Bute is not good enough. He has fought no one good, and only stayed in Montreal for a reason.

Good interview with Bute trainer after.. very genuine about the stoppage, conditions, 'we could've stayed in canada and fought nobody' fair play.

I can see why people were hyping him up, bootay does has some skills but his chin is a real problem, as shown by froch and andrade.

His skills got vastly overrated. Remember all the talk about his handspeed being being the best in the division and his defense being on par with Ward's? Both were worse than Froch's tonight. The chin is just the icing on the cake, and everyone that doubted him were waiting to see if his chin would really hold up once he fought someone truly legit.

I agree! He got hit with bombs and stayed in there. But his chin had never really been tested and...... It failed. LOL

He's fought some really good fighters but the value of his wins are hard to judge and he lost against the two proven bonafide 168lbs fighters.

But he's the man for sure.
