Definitely a tough fight to call but Froch has been through some wars with elite fighters so Bute may be a lil fresher. On top of that, dude is hitting hard and Froch gets hit. To me fight could go either way but for me..... Going to lean towards Bute for the late round stoppage. Froch is tough and props to him for sure but the wars may have caught up with him.
