Why doesnt Top Rank/Manny Pacquiao require VADA testing for their fights?

...where did you hear that?...it's a lot cheaper and effective than USADA but free?..

It was posted in the forum that they will do it for free ,,, you not trying to say the cost of testing is stopping Manny from taking tests are you ?

Amongst all the accusations and suing Floyd etc you would think it would be very smart for Manny to take tests of his own free will in his last few fights and it would put it all to rest .

But NO he wants nothing to do with testing , extremely su****ious considering the entire goings on over the last few years !

Top Rank managed to convince an entire country that better testing in sports is a bad thing. What more is there to say about Top Rank, Team Pac, and his cultists? They will tow the line no matter what comes out. It goes the same with the ******s on both sides.

Youd think that Arum would protect his investment in Manny and make his opponents take the test. I mean Bob doesnt want juiced up guys fighting Manny right?
