At its present state, its Floyd and his money demands that are the hold-up. Its pretty clear. Manny is no angel also, but he seems to be the one who would give in with things being more fair.

Since both sides are not too keen in keeping negotiations behind closed doors, here is a proposal to both sides and HBO.- Why not a Face Off type sitdown with Max K as mediator. Roach, Manny, and Todd (not bob) on one side. Floyd, Ellerbe, and Shaefer (GBP) on the other. Why not? It would settle everything and HBO would make a killing on ratings.

What proof is there and what has Floyd actually ever done to prove he wants this fight? It seems like its all one way traffic on Pacs part wanting the fight. Pac moves up to 147 to be on Floyds coat tails, floyd asks for PEDS tests. Now he moves up to 154, it all shouts he dont want to fight Pac.

All floyd has ever done is say i will give you 40 million. Well, that means nothing, it is a big fight so of course Pac should be getting millions and more millions than hes ever got before in his career.
