The problem is under that circumstance the employer more than likely committed a crime. Under the rules of WADA, Peterson didn't commit a crime. Maybe under VADA he did but VADA was not used in the first bout.

and there was no testing in the first fight, just normal commision testing, what are u talking about wada? if they had vada testing in the first fight he would have been caught because he would have tested positive in november.

Okay regardless, Peterson passed that test. Under what they tested and agreed on Peterson was clean. What he did was wrong and immoral but he passed that test. What one format deems cheating, another one doesn't. It could be comparable of different laws in different countries.

It seems to me like a lot of people on here are having their visions clouded by their hate for Khan. Whether Peterson knew or not, what he did is illegal. I strongly suggest to empathize with Khan in this scenerio. Imagine if someone did that to you in a boxing/MMA fight? Or better yet, imagine if someone did that against one of your loved ones. All of us here know how dangerous boxing is in itself. Imagine how dangerous it is with an advantage such as the one Peterson had? Just think about it folks!
