My Dad was @ the Minter fight, I've seen the ticket. And it wasn't just cans of beer. Chairs and whatever else they'd smuggled in. Said it was the worst experience he'd ever had @ a fight. It's a shameful moment in our sporting history.

However, England was a very, very different place in the 80's and frankly that kind of statement shows ignorance on a level that was demonstrated that night.
