Is Sampson part of the Garcia team? I don't think so, since he outbid Garcia promoter Top Rank to host this fight.

BTW, as much as I might like Sampson being the adviser of Anselmo Moreno and also the manager of Sergio Martinez. Top Rank wouldn't be having these type of problems, I don't think.
