Tarver didn't do **** to Roy in the 1st fight and lost fair and square. It was obvious Roy wasn't the same after coming down from heavyweight. I figured Tarver would understand this seeing as how he didn't even show up against Hopkins after losing his 'Rocky' weight.

I began to like Tarver recently but those BS comments about ducking DM and Calzaghe after both of them were runnning scared on their side of the pond is a mother****ing joke.

I think once Roy moved up to Heavy Weight and then came back down so quick to fight Tarver put a strain on him physically. Tarver did give Roy the business in the first fight and could have won but Roy got it and the 2nd fight Tarver blasted Jones out to space and then soon after Glen Johnson KO'd Roy for 5 mins. No doubt Roy was done after Tarver.

You closed your eyes and threw a blinding left hook that happened to connect. PURE luck.

            @ Roy never challenging himself.

Roy obviously doesn't mind leaving home to fight his opponents, so why should Roy have to go way to Europe to fight Dariusz and risk being robbed when Roy was the recognized champ?

FYI, Roy beat at least 5 guys better than Tarver. Tarver just happen to catch Roy after he had nothing left to accomplish. Simple as that.
That's bulls#!t. Tarver saw Roy coming. He was prepared to lay that punch like Martinez was on Williams. They both had close tough fights with each but studied and did their homework to get the KO. I saw when Tarver look at Roy before he connected.

Joe Calzaghe was the biggest duck that will ever be. Dude stayed in Europe till guys like Jones and Hopkins were looking more vulnerable. Saying Roy Jones Jr ducked Joe Calzaghe is foul.

Jesus you so called boxing fans need to fucking realize it's a damn worldwide sport. Just because they don't want to come fight in the U.S. doesn't mean they suck or scared. Why didn't they go fight in Europe? Dumb!!

Ok but how come Calzaghe came to the US after Hopkins and Roy was not as they were? Dude should have stayed in Europe since Hopkins and Jones wasn't going there.

If you play it in SUPER slow replay, yes you can see Tarver slightly open his eyes 1/20 of a second before it lands. That's in super slow replay.

The problem with that is punches aren't landed in super slow motion. Fact is, when Tarver threw the punch is eyes were closed. By the time he opened his eyes, the punch was already on target to land. Nothing about that tells me that punch wasn't luck.

If you want to talk about Sergio, feel free to start another thread.
