hmm interesting. Why would he attack Casal for no reason and then call the police?? I think there's more to this story and Casal isn't as innocent as he wants the public to believe.

Guilty people call the police first to try to scew the judgement of the officer and make it appear they are the victim which is nothing but a facade. Nothing but a ploy to gain an influential edge in the situation and outcome. Doesn't work. Cops know all about this and see this attempt all the time and expect it.

Exactly. He was hit from behind so no matter how the altercation started, it ended with a man beating another man from behind with a deadly weapon.

And if you look at a picture above of the guy who did the beating with the club, you can see he has no outward injuries. He probably got pushed or shoved. Can't say the same for Casal who recieved a life-threatening beating and his pictures show serious damage, unlike the aggressor.
