I think it is quite possible Pac has been blood doping for years and likely still is, just now his athletic abilities are on the decline.

I actually believe he was clean for the Marquez 3 fight. Maybe he bought into his own hype. Maybe he believed he really was this new and improved pac. I believe he thought that no way could a nearly 40 year old Marquez coming up from lightweight would have a chance of beating him even without peds. He came in clean for that fight and was made to look normal. He had too much repect for Marquez's power in that fight. Yet against Cotto he laid on the ropes and let Cotto wail on him to test his power. Does that make sense to anyone?

99% of fighters are not being accused of taking peds though, Manny is. 99% of fighters are not refusing to take better (than the commision) testing. Manny is.

He has had plenty of chances to prove he is a clean fighter. He could have done it against Marquez, he could have done it against Mosley. He could have done it against Margarito. He hasn't.

I remember when Floyd sr first said he thought pac was on something. I laughed it off. I thought he was just bitter about his fighter losing to pac.
