hey im 19 from uk i wanna start boxing but i need to get in shape first, plus i cant go to a gym no money yet, so i was wondering if there was any home work outs which i could do to get in shape till i start boxing, i got no money so i cant buy a heavy bag, speed bag or nothing, i started jogging n that for the last month but i cant see any effect kicking in so i need some effective workouts please thank you in advance
