What kind of bag was in the first 2 pics. I've never scene a bad like that at the gym before.

it serves the same purpose as a double end bag but with looped power shots like hooks,uppercuts or strong straights instead of just the usual 1-2 that u would do on a smaller bag,

u can make one of those at home im not sure equipment stores sell it, just fill it half way up with sand or all the way up with dried mud.

Rigo is in great shape. He should work with Solis, maybe some of his solid training habits would rub off on Solis. I think Solis would be something special if he was in the kind of shape Rigo is.

What make Rigo a “super boxer” is his work ethic, I don’t see anybody in next 5 years able to be close to his level. I am talking about the divisions from 118 to the 126lb. Time will tell, but what I can see different from Solis is that Solis don’t have the heart to be a real pro. His last fight showed that he has nothing left; his right hand is totally off.
