World Boxing Organization president Francisco �Paco� Valcarcel has announced that veteran international referee Raul Caiz Sr will be the third man in the ring when WBO light flyweight champion Donnie Nietes defends his title against Felipe Salguero of Mexico at the Resorts World Hotel and Casino in Manila on June 2.

Caiz is an ok ref, has worked w/Nietes b4...wish Nietes would b in US or Mex...an exciting action guy....good champ...
