What is of more concern is that somebody's name can be appear in public documentation like this without even being charged, let alone prosecuted. Disgraceful. Seems to be no such thing as innocent until proven guilty. A person should have the right to anonymity until that guilt is proved, especially when it is one private party accusing another.
