My guess

1. he will have a hearing where experts will describe the doses found his Berto's body were consistent with contamination rather than use for enhancement

2. CSAC will suspend his license for 6 months because while it sounds like he didn't intentionally introduce PEDs into his body his negligence caused the positive test result

3. will be a name in the running for guys like Mayweather, Canelo, Ortiz etc

so essentially just some added time to an already stalled career
