Dawson is faster and bigger than Ward. Ward is mentally tougher but he doesn't have Dawson's physical skills. If Dawson is weight drained (which I don't think will happen) yeah I see Ward clearly dominating.

But if Dawson is at 100% mentally and physically, no way Ward wins.

i don't understand why this fight is at 168. ward is more than capable of moving up to challenge for dawson's titles. it would be another accomplishment, to capture another world strap and ring title (dawson does have the ring title at 175, right?) instead of defending his belts at 168. i still like the fight, i think it's great, but man, this will set up backlash if ward wins and give dawson a built in excuse if he comes up short.
