Fact: Mayweather DID come in overweight against Marquez
Fact: De La Hoya was old when he fought Mayweather
Fact: Mosley was past his prime when he fought Mayweather

It's also a fact that De La Hoya was 34 years old when he fought Mayweather which is a year younger than the age Mayweather is now. Mayweather didnt look too old in his last fight. De La Hoya had a significant size advantage against Mayweather. Shane Mosley had just come off of his best victory in years whether he was past prime or not he was one of the best fighters in the sport at that time. And Victor Ortiz tried every dirty trick in the book including trying to bail out of the fight, get dq'd and/or get Mayweather dq'd. Yet all that he was left with was another excuse that he had been sucker punched. But even ignoring all of those factors, ultimately excuses are excuses whether they are fact based or not.
