Freddy Roach is Trainer of The Year!

    Can anybody dispute this?

I think handsdown he got tis shyt. I mean it was a bump start when Pacquiao lost to Morales, but then it went smooth out.

Look at the fightas he trains and what they done in 2005.

James Toney whomped John Ruiz (forget the steroids)
James then went on to dominate Guinn in route to a title shot gainst Rahman!

He did magnificent werk on Roman Karmazim's corner and I bet he trained him well. It all paid off to say the least as Roman Karmazim one sidedly beat Kasim Ouma WHO MANY favored to win. It was awesome display of coaching and approach.

Pacquiao managed to TKO Velasquez opening up a rematch wit Morales.

Brian Viloria went down to 108lbs in which he succesfully whompered Ortis fo the WBC Flyweight title.

Freddy then worked wit Ray Bautista in Wild Card and Bautista has been makin noise in the U.S.A wit that vicious win from September 10 of 2005.

Freddy definitely made Peter Manfredo Jr a betta fighta and Pete definitely beat Sergio Mora. Too bad he was robbed, but the excellent werk of Freddy was seen throughout the fight.

and then last Saturday, Freddy did it again as his fighta Israel Vasquez stopped Oscar Larios in 3 rounds and became Supa Bantamweight WBC champion.

Freddy Roach is Trainer of The Year of 2005. If you dispute it, go holla at me and we can duke it out in front of Burger King's drivethru near ma hood!

    Lets discuss this. LOL!

What about Bobby "SpongeBob" Pacquiao? He may have lost the fight against Hernandez(in some people's eyes) but you can't deny his tremendous improvement because of Roach.

Roach will also be in Ikeke's corner this saturday as he fights Arthur Abraham for the vacated IBF 160lb title.

I agree, great year for Roach.

Juan "The Hispanic Causing Panic" Lazcano, he has two good wins this year under Freddie especially against Courtney Burton. Hopefully, Roach will help him get his revenge against Castillo.

He is definetly one of the top trianers this year, but I gotta go with Dan Birmingham, he won more big fights.

Although I agree with Russ Anber when he said Freddie Roach is a great trainer but a terrible cornerman.
