Bradley ran from Khan, he gave up being king and I don't think anyone sees him as the best at 140 anymore since he escaped the Khan fight. A 140 'king' would have fought Khan, beat his ass, then gone on to fight Pacquaio.

Ducking Khan to fight Pacquiao doesn't make you a 'king'. It makes you someone not wanting to risk a big pay day.
