He dominated everyone he has faced... Arum is the King of justifying why Floyd "could" have problems with Pacman... Floyd is the best thinker in the sport and figures EVERYONE out. Pacquiao has speed and power but often gets baffled and confused by less talented fighters that he would easily dominate if he were smarter in the ring. JMM and Morales are HOFers but Manny should easily dominate them with his skillset. However, JMM consistently makes Pacquiao look bad and ordinary every time out... even though he is older, smaller, slower, and doesn't hit as hard. JMM is much smarter than Pacquiao.
