Devon was also drained in those fights n now strong at ww, he is a better boxer than victor, all ortiz does is try to bully his way in and he is always open for counters

If Ortiz can bully him on the inside he KO's him... Or if he can do something I haven't seen him do since before Maidana and land a clean straight left from the outside he can get the KO
