NAH Canelo is a big draw in America becasue of the huge Mexican and Mexican American communities that support him more than Ortiz..IMO Berto has always been overhypped, who was Bertos biggest win before the Ortiz fight? Collazo.. Golden Boy needs to cash out on Ortiz before he quits again..

Over hyped or not, it's still better than anything Canelo has done.

too soon to make. ortiz needs to be coming off good wins and gbp would need some good time to promote this. also, ortiz is fighting next on showtime, alvarez is an hbo fighter. this won't happen. at least i would hope not. alvarez should fight 154 lbers and ortiz should fight 147 lbers. maybe in the future when ortiz moves up this can be a possibility.
ortiz should take some kind of tune up or stay busy fight against a decent 147 lber that showtime can approve of and then wait for gbp to try and make a fight with alexander or malignaggi happen later in the year.

GBP would also never match them up.. for the same reason they wont match up ortix vs khan..
