It's amazing how USADA never catches athletes cheating, but VADA does. Floyd Mayweather needs to be tested by VADA and not USADA. These fighters who accuse others are usually guilty themselves. Floyd fight Pacquiao with VADA testing or else you can't talk.
It's funny last time I checked Pacquiao hasn't taken any test... Ortiz passed both OSDT and VADA. So him and Mayweather or obviously clean they been tested. Now tell Pac to take the test then talk punk.
