Far too big of a fight to try to promote in a month. Will not happen. We could hope for Ortiz-Maidana II, but I think Maidana just started training with R. Garcia within the past week, so I doubt that happens either. Ortiz is royally screwed in this situation.

Can't happen. Khan has HBO date and Ortiz has a Showtime date. Dan Rafael said Showtime is already working with Golden Boy to find a replacement for Berto. Maybe GB can pay Soto some step aside money and set up Mattyhsse-Ortiz. It'd be a good fight on a months notice.
