The point he was making was that it's an "american problem." Not, for example, a Phillipines problem. I think you missed his point.

But look at the high profile boxers than have failed tests.

Which is a good reason for someone in Floyd's position to demand for extra testing..If a lot of other fighters wanted it but could not get it,it was because they did not command the same respect as Floyd..To say that Floyd used testing as a way not to fight is sounding a bit like hate tbh..Good thing Floyd made a stink about it,cause it has brought more awareness to the matter,and has uncovered cheats...

He understands, he's just playing ****** today. Nobody can say extra testing was used as a smoke screen again. Floyd is probably sitting back and saying I told you so.

This is very bad for boxing, but come on people, it's not like Floyd has been saying over and over again that fighters are cheating. Nobody should be surprised.
