im more than positive that man has suffered several concussions

i remember an interview after his fight with mtagwa where he looked like he was about to go back out again when he began talking about his son and became emotional

he almost fell forward, very similarly to the way he started to go back out again after rising after being dropped by siri salido in his last fight


anybody remember either circumstance?

he's also going to be too big for 126 now and probably wont find any meaningful fights at 130

at 135 he'll get absolutely destroyed

Lopez was talking a lot of smack before the 2nd fight. I especially remember when he said whoever loses should have no excuses. That's the problem with these promotional companies. They keep protecting these young fighters trying to capitalize off of them being undefeated by putting them against guys that look like they don't have a chance but sooner a later the upset happens. I still believe he should have kept his mouth shut.

That's what I'm saying.People fall in love with these guys and I'll talk smack about them telling the truth, they really don't have what it takes because they were in with soft touches and made to think they were unbeatable. Those guys fall off....it's the dude's who earn it the hard way who are quality. They are the guys who make it because they beat almost anyone you put in front of them.
