Is Evander Holyfield fighting Dec. 17?

I just looked on boxrec and noticed that the fight which was scheduled on Dec 17 is no longer there. Does anyone know if Evander is fighting on that date? Or is he reconsidering?

Also, is the Ruiz-Valuev fight being televised in the US?

I would like to see Evander go out a winner against some "tomato can" and then anounce his retirement. I think Evander's problem is that he always wants to fight high-quality opposition even though his skills have considerably diminished.
