Someone must of hacked into Flawless' account.

I hope GBP and Canelo see how many people are confident in Canelo winning this fight and actually make it. As of now, it's all talk in my eyes. I would love to be wrong. But I remember De La Hoya mentioning Paul Williams as one of the fighters he would love to fight for December 2008. Instead he fought the smaller Pacquiao. I wouldn't be surprised if this was just a "Look at what dangerous fighter we would put Canelo against[mention a dangerous fighter like Williams], but this who he will actually put him to fight[put him in a much more winnable fight]" type of marketing for Canelo. Until the fight is actually signed, this is all just promoting Canelo, mentioning names of dangerous fighters he would fight. But like I said, I would love to be wrong and would love to see this fight. Williams wins.

Yep, if he can beat Williams, a lot of people will have to respect this kid whether they want to or not, whether they hate GBP or not, whatever. I'm a big fan of Canelo, and if he beats either Williams or Kirkland, he will one up on his rival Chavez Jr, big time. Obviously, beating Williams would seperate him from Chavez Jr by a wide margin. But Kirkland would also be the best win between the two. So GBP can't go wrong with either Kirkland or Williams really. Both fights are step-ups for Canelo.

A better fight in my eyes would be Williams vs Kikland. Damn FOTY shit right there.

Kirkland loses that fight IMO. Williams can use that fight to work on everything he wants. Kirkland is too stationary and those punches of his with his huge arms, they're like slow motion. I feel bad for bodybuilders who think they can just come in to boxing at the top level and knock every one out. Muscle like that hurts you. You'll be a slowpoke, some one needs to tell Kirkland this is not the HW division. It's okay to sacrifice speed for power up there and be slow. But down in 154, forget about it.

I completely disagree with Williams using that to his advantage. That only helps if he was a boxer but he's not. He's a pressure fighter and both come forward to attack. Williams isn't that fast either.

That's the fight I want. Maybe Kirkland can fight the winner of Williams-Canelo.

Either way, Canelo has to face Kirkland before we talk about Mayweather.
