Ajose would have no choice if the WBC go ahead with it.

yeah the WBC will forget it rules once again and allow Garcia to fight Khan saying "Garcia is allowed one voluntary before a mandatory defense".

Garcia is mexican and Al Haymon is his "manager" enough said, sorry Ajose no title shot for you.

Khan asumed this when he was getting a live interview on sky sports boxing hour , they asked him who he'll fight in July and he said hopefully Danny Garcia. He isnt the mandatory for the belt so he's obv asuming that Olusegun will step aside.

Well... it's the WBC... so they'll make it happen. Good news for Ajose, he'll have first dibs when Khan vacates

people seem to be ignoring my post where ITS IN THE RULES that a unification takes priority over a mandatory, so all is good if khan gets any of his belts back.

No ones ignoring it but he hasnt got his belts back, and until he does get them back the fight just isnt happening. The other organisation's might not give him the belts back they might vaccate them.

If the fight is ruled a NC, then he'll most likely get it back.... I highly doubt he'll get them back before a deal can even get made. So if they were to try and negotiate right now.... it wouldn't be a unification.
