Can a case be made that what Rakim Rajda did is more impressive then Manny Pacquaio?

Rakim Rajda aka the desert Hammer arguably had a more impressive run during the late 80's up until the early 2000's compare to what Pacquaio have done.

    1988-1990

    Defeated at Middle Weight
    Iran Barkley UD
    Michael Watson KO 4
    Herol Graham KO5
    Steve Collins UD
    Dennis Milton UD

Unified the MW Division in 1990 before moving up to SMW
    1991-1996
    Notable Victories
UD Chris Eubank in Manchester Unification Fight.

    Defeated the following SMW'S
    Nigel Benn
    Christophe Tiozzo
    Lindell Holmes
    Gerald Mccellen
    Antoine Byrd
    Mauro Galvano
    Darrin Van Horn
    Tony Thornton
    Frankie Liles
    James Toney

Talk of a potential Roy Jones Jr matchup was turned down by both camps due to issues with traveling and the location of the bout

    1997-2000
    Move up to LHW
    Defeated
    Virgil Hill
    Montell Griffin
    William Guthrie
    Lou Del Valle
    Graciano Rocchigiani
    Frank Tate

    2001
First man to defeat Dariusz Michalczewski in Germany
via a UD Decision. Dominated every round

    2002-
    Moved up to CW
Beat Vassiliy Jirov in Unification Title bout in Hamburg Germany
    defeated a prime Jean-Marc Mormeck

    2003
    HW
Defeated via UD a past prime Evander Holyfield for the WBG Gold Belt

    Retired
    49-0
    43 Kos

    Mw Champion
    SMW Champion
    LHW Champion
    CW Champion

paper Title at HW: But still impressive considering it was Evander. Abeit a faded old Evander that was super shot but still a decent win to end the Hammer's career

    So in short

Is the Desert Hammer Rakim's resume better and more impressive then what Pacquaio have done?

I understand what PAC has done going from what ? 112 to 152?

But imo what Rakim did is more impressive especially considering he fought everyone of his era from MW to CW

    Other then Roy Jones Jr

    which he ducked

Doubful. He's not broke and he is married to the Princess of Sweden.

        He is practically royalty there

At middleweight he only beat a bunch of British bums. And Iran Barkley.

I've always considered Rakim the greatest of all modern fighters. He's like the modern version of late 1800's great Tucan McGinty.
