Antonio as we all know is incredibly slow. He is the classic slow twitch muscle fiber guy. No explosiveness whatsoever but stamina is ridiculous. Plus he's always in the gym working hard.
Zab Judah would be the opposite, all fast twitch. Ridiculous reflexes and blazing handspeed but weak on the stamina.
