I also think Froch got lucky that night, but I lost some respect for Dirrell the way he went about his business that evening. One of those fights i doubt i will watch again
It was a robbery. Too bad at the time Showtime didn't do punchstats yet. Or else, the numbers would have told what the fight was. Which was Dirrell outlanding Froch by a wide margin in both power shots and jabs. Froch did nothing in that fight, his offense was non-existant. That fight and the Froch-Pascal scorecards is why I don't see Bute winning a decision in Nottingham. Can't forget the Bradley-Witter scorecards too, also in Nottingham. I'm surprised Bradley was actually given the win.
I had Dirrell winning think it was something like 8-4 but he could have done so much more to cement it.The word robbery in this sport is thrown around way too much these days
Robbery? No. Might have gone the wrong way, but then Dirrell didn't make it definitive in the manner a fighter like Ward or Mayweather would carrying such an advantage in athleticism over an opponent. Dirrell left it on the table.
it was a robbery
but seeing it once was more than enough
that fight was boring, ugly, and gay
Dirrell was tongue punching Froch's scrotum all night
who cares that he got robbed?
not feeling sorry for him at all
I don't think u can call it a robbery, lacy getting the decision against ccalzaghe would of been a robbery. That being said if the fight happened outside of England dirrell would of got the decision.
