Was Pacquaio undertrained and overconfident in MArquez 3

Just rewatched it, and it seems that Pac came in thinking he was gonna blast Marquez, also it almost looked like a lazy Pacquaio. I thought Marquez won a close fight.

I know the first 2 fights can be argued for Marquez too, however, it seems Pac was more hungry in those fights.... When he fought MOsley and then Marquez, it seemed like that fire was gone.

Was he ****y and over confident, and maybe undertrained.

yes and he was also distracted by the divorce papers Jinkee sent him and he had on the wrong damn socks,he rolled out of bed on the wrong side and his pre fight meal wasnt hot enough,he usually steps in the ring left leg first but this time he stepped in right legged first.plus when he prayed before the fight God was on the toilet so he didnt send down his blessings..but still if you watch the fight in super duper slow motion with 3-d glasses on you can see Manny clearly dominated

He could of had the best training camp in his entire career, PEDs and all. He still wouldn't of beaten Marquez.

The perception here at NSB was that Marquez was old and fighting on a higher weight than his prime weight. With this Pac was suppose to blow him away and it was a similar fight to the previous 2.

Marquez is a prime fighter and has the ability to adjust. It was more of Marquez skills than anything

If he was then that was his fault...both fighters have time to prepare...if he doesnt use it wisely for whatever reason then its no ones fault but his own. was Marquez supposed to stop midfight and forfeit because it wasn't the best possible Pac?

Pacquiao appeared disinterested and it looked to me like he wasn't giving it 100% - you could see his mind was elsewhere

Nevertheless, he still won on my card.

On the other hand, marquez gave it his all, and still got his face busted up.

He kept saying I want this fight all throught the buildup. He was in good condition. I do think he thought it was going to be easier though. Marquez is always going to give him problems and he's not that much physically bigger than JMM is.

I do think he was overconfident and thought he was gonna run through marquez, probably especially considering he seemed to improve alot through these last years, but the bottom line is styles make fights. Manny cannot fight a counterpuncher, and WILL ALWAYS struggle against marquez.
