People tend to rate past fighters higher, Ali was not held in the same regard when he was active as he is now.
And even back then people were saying boxing is dying.

This is a redundant point mate, it's a completely different idea. When you're starting around Bantam, it's easier to move up because the distance between each weight class is much smaller. So you're saying, for Leonard to be considered better than Pac, he should have gained 60lbs while Pac gained about 35??
Do it as percentage of body mass to make it fair.
Pacquiao 106 lbs to 154lbs, whats that about 49%
Leonard 147 lbs to 175lbs about 20%Comment

I rate past fighters higher because they were more experienced and mentally tougher. They fought every top contender during their era so they couldn't hide their flaws like the fighters of today.

Sorry to say it guv but this is the single most biased post I've ever seen. The heaviest Pacquiao has ever been was 145.5 against Clottey. You said in your earlier post that it would be the equivalent of SRL going to HEAVYWEIGHT. That's 200lbs or more.
Obviously I considered the idea of weight percentage, just calculated the result based on the rules you statedComment
