People thinking this is going to be a boring fight are in for a big surprise. As much as I love Dawson and Ward, I have to go with the Bay Area boy. Ward via SD. I see it being a real tactic fight on both ends.

Chad's passive style plays right into Ward's hands.
Dawson is gifted but he doesn't have the mental fortitude of Ward. I'm a fan of both but Dawson needs to have the fight of his life, and shown the fire he had in the Adamek fight, or hell, even the first Glen Johnson fight. Because since then, he looks confused at times to me in the ring. I've actually been very disappointed in how he has regressed as a fighter.

I wouldn't say Dawson is that bad. But ever since the first Johnson fight, he hasn't looked the same. The run of geriatric LHWs hasn't helped. He fights within himself. And honestly, Ward is an animal, both physically and mentally.
Re Kirkland - I actually think he's very mentally tough. His downfall is his chin and lack of overall skills.
