What would you think of a Cotto-Molina fight?

I know it is very unlikely, but how do you think such a match would play out?

What makes you think that? He has never been stopped before and he has fought some pretty good fighters. Granted no one is a hall of famer like Cotto, at least not yet, but it isn't as if Cotto has tremendous power. Molina may have been stopped by Kirkland, but we'll never know.

Good premium fight, not something for ppv

Molina arguably deserves the shot though.

Molina isn't going to get a big fight for quite some time. His style is boring and tricky. Illegal at that, but other promoters arent going to take that chance the ref allows constant holding.

Because Cotto would not get outboxed by Molina or let him tie him up like Kirkland did. Molina is a good fighter but Cotto is on another level with too much experience for him.
And Molina is not worthy of a Cotto shot just yet. He has been robbed once or twice or thrice but he does not have enough wins over solid name(s) to merit him a Cotto fight. Cotto is only going to fight people that bring in money.

I've seen some fighters praised for having such a style. Also, promoters know the tendencies of refs and it isn't as if Molina is in a position of power, so the bigger name fighetsr should be able to get a ref to their liking for any potential fight.

He may very well have those wins if it weren't for the robberies.

                    cotto beats molina handily

molina should fight paul williams...cotto should only fight 4 a title...cory spinks and k-9 winner then unify wit alvarez then rematch floyd.....dat molina style crap wont work on cotto....cotto by unanimous decision
