No, no it isn't. America is a nation of a continent that has almost 20 nations. People b1tch about Americas not knowing geography and global things but I think it is Europeans that seem to twist things. A lot of you act like America has this gigantic population, on par with Europe which is far from the truth. Europe has nearly 850 million people compared to Americas 300 million. The whole Europe V America thing is laughably unfair.

Back on topic though. This crop of talent looks very nice. Much more promising than 2004 or 2008. Certainly looks like a repeat of Beijing isn't going to happen. Can't wait to watch.

That's fine but that certainly isn't what people are talking about when they debate this subject. What Europeans like to think is that all of Europe should group up together in national sports and take on America, together. Which is rich considering most people from the U.K like to take jabs at Europe and a lot of them don't even consider themselves Europeans. I don't think anyone would debate that people living in the U.K. live a completely different lifestyle than a person from Eastern Europe. The comparison would be on par with America and Mexico. Two completely different lifestyles.

The only exposure I've had to the American Olympic hopefuls in through 'On Freddie Roach' when he came in to assist Hunter. He seemed pretty concerned at the distinct lack of talent and inability to even carry out ring fundamentals.

The US doesn't have any shws. They just have a tall QB who doesn't use his height and who lost to a guy in the finals at the qualifier who literally fought with one hand (apparently his right was injured) and who just through hook after hook after hook, and caught the American continuously with the same one punch. Like I said, he won't win a single fight. Joshua has more important fish to fry.
