Khan possibly gets his belts back due to NC with PEDerson, so a garcia fight would be for WBC/WBA/IBF.
Khan wins moves up and all the belts are vacant...
Garcia wins and he has potential to become a superstar. a us(philly) fighter with last name garcia will be followed in the US, especially if he beats a huge UK name after beating a mexican legend(regardless of how past his prime he was)

That flurry and hold stuff wont work for long with a puncher as accurate as floyd. Khan's chin is still suspect. Khan would get ripped up on the inside.
