What does Floyd Mayweather need to do to be in the 10 top Greatest of all time?

Idk right now...I'd have to think about it. A lot of older fighters nobody has seen footage of and base their lists off that unseen footage....I know in regards to skill out of the old school fighters I've been able to see, mayweatheR is no doubt top 10 skill wise.....to say he isnt is absurd....

I mean Laila Ali even said mayweather has Better all around skills than her father....

Reason I ask is I wanna see some key choices you may have and why you put Floyd into the mix.

invent a time machine go back and beat everyone he ducked or fought when they were to old. Arrive back at this date having already decisively beat pacquio. getting ready to challenge for the 160 pound title. win and fight best available the next couple years win or lose.

There not ATGs but there are the best available.

It would be nice if Floyd started taking on the best available for a change.

When you look at the top ten ATGs.

Floyd record doesn't even come close, it is poor in comparison.

He needs to beat the guys on my list to even stand a chance.

So even though these guys are simply the best available and out of Martinez, Canelo and khan, Canelo is the only one to beat a HOF....that was a 40 year old washed up Mosley, Floyd beating them would propel his legacy?

Martinez hasnt defeated any HOFers or greats from this era but mayweather beating him would propel him to top 10?

Didn't say he needs to beat Martinez to gain any kind of recognition. Actually dont think beating Martinez (who i think is a very good fighter) does much for him on a career defining scale.
Its more to do with the lack of really top opponents who are around for him to beat ,for me. Obiously there is Pacquiao, but him aside (in my opinion) there isn't many more fights/wins out there that would make me dramatically change my view on Mayweather ranking-wise.
Hes a world class fighter no doubt, but Pacquiao aside i dont see any other fighter out there who causes him any difficulty. Martinez's high P4P ranking would make a good win on paper for Mayweather thats why i included him.
For me hes one of the best around at the minute, but i think Mayweather would beat him convincingly. Thats all he can do really..beat fighters who are regarded as the best around at the minute.

Yes, because , they top the likes of Baldomir, Mitchell, Corley, Judah, part-time Oscar, light-weight Marquez, old ring rusty Shane, and many others.

He's consistently beat those who were the best at the time. Mayweather at mw would be his 6th weight class...might be too much or him even with his great skill level....MW is only sergios 3rd weight class and he won't even go up 1 to challenge Ward and ward is on the p4p list......
