I was making a rough estimate of the total of what they would eventually get. So if Mr Floyd is offering $40 million and the fight has of potential of making $200 million, he's essentially offering 80/20 split. That's why it's looking like a duck move. This is not uncommon. Fighters do it all the time. They price themselves out of a risky fight.

That's not how it works. If the fight is going to generate 200 million, it doesn't all go to the fighters.

If it did make the 200 that you're talking about. Likely 40-50% of that money would be split among the fighters.

It would damn near be an equal split.

It's actually a great offer because Floyd, based on the way his payrate is structured, would be the one assuming all of the financial risk. The fight would have to generate at least $200 mil for Floyd to make more than the $40 mil that he offered to Manny
