Lee can outbox Chavez. I don't think it'll be easy. But he can.

He also has the power to hurt Chavez.

Throw in the Southpaw stance that Jr. has little experience in dealing with and you have a Lee victory.

I don't expect a robbery. To much bad press in TX. I expect more neutral judges.

This man basically sums up my opinion on the fight. About 2:50 in is when he starts talking about it. Lee got outboxed by McEwan and bullied by Vera. Chavez can go either way but Lee can't. I just don't see Lee being able to outpunch or outbox Chavez for 12 rounds. They are going to be fighting Chavez's fight that night.

Just what I was thinking! Jr has no intentions of fighting Martinez.

I do see Lee having a chance of winning this though. However, unless he gets the KO he isn't getting the decision in TX. Judges have already been taken care of by that whisker biscuit Bob Arum.

A month ago i told everyone Chavez's escape plan. He is not going to make weight, he will be be stripped, he will get the decision and he is moving unbeaten to 168. And team Martinez knows it, that's why they are making all this TV promotion, they are already working for the Lee fight in Argentina, where Sergios popularity is huge right now. Forget about Chavez fight on september, is not happening.
